Hawarden Old Castle Open Day – 3rd September 2023

Come and explore Hawarden’s fascinating and beautiful history.

The stunning ruins of Hawarden Old Castle will be open to the public on Sunday, 3rd September between 10am and 3pm.

You can access the castle via the big blue gates opposite The Glynne Arms or via the entrance at Hawarden Estate Farm Shop.

Make your way up to The Old Castle on foot for some spectacular views across North Wales and Cheshire.

All children must be accompanied, and be warned that paths up to the castle are steep.

All dogs are welcome on leads.
